This one-of-a-kind midcentury modern home in the heart of Los Angeles needed an update and furnishings that spoke to the historic nature of the architecture. Our goal was to make the renovations feel original and timeless while bringing the home up to modern standards. We replaced the carpet with oiled walnut wood floors and the half-walls with stained maple panelling. The design scheme focused on original antique pieces from the early 1960’s made in Scandinavia and Brazil.
